The meeting was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rueyadej Kerdvichai, President of the University Council, and attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, along with other council members. The meeting was held at the University Council Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, and also conducted via Google Meet for online participation.

????Key agenda items considered during the meeting included:

✅ Amendment of the course structure for the subject “Trial Advocacy and Legal Documentation”:
The subject was revised from a traditional lecture-based course to a practice-based course, aiming to enhance students’ knowledge and skills in both theoretical and practical aspects. The revised course emphasizes hands-on experience and professional competencies by engaging students in real-world practice through internships or practicum in both public and private legal institutions.

✅ Curriculum revision for the Bachelor of Laws Program (Revised Curriculum B.E. 2563/2020):
The revision allows students who have completed and passed certain required courses (as outlined in the curriculum) but have not yet graduated, to request a Transcript of Records certifying their qualifications. This certificate may be used to apply for and take the Professional Legal Training Course conducted by the Institute of Legal Training, Lawyers Council of Thailand Under the Royal Patronage. Upon successful completion of the degree and membership in the Thai Bar Association, graduates will be eligible to apply for lawyer registration and licensure with the Lawyers Council of Thailand.

These developments reflect the Faculty of Law’s commitment to producing and developing legal professionals equipped with both legal expertise and interdisciplinary skills, in alignment with societal needs and professional standards.
