2025, Asst. Prof. Paiboon
Chuwatthakij, Associate Dean for
Academic Affairs, and Lecturer
Chuenchiwin Yimfuang, faculty member of
the Faculty of Law, attended the
5th/2025 Meeting of the Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University
Council. The meeting was chaired by Assoc.
Prof. Dr. Rueyadej Kerdvichai, President
of the University Council, and attended
by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon,
President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University, along with other council
members. The meeting was held at the
University Council Meeting Room, 5th
Floor, Building 31, and also conducted
via Google Meet for online
participation. ????Key agenda
items considered during the meeting
included: ✅ Amendment of the course
structure for the subject “Trial
Advocacy and Legal
Documentation”: The
subject was revised from a traditional
lecture-based course to a practice-based
course, aiming to enhance
students’ knowledge and skills in
both theoretical and practical aspects.
The revised course emphasizes hands-on
experience and professional competencies
by engaging students in real-world
practice through internships or
practicum in both public and private
legal institutions. ✅ Curriculum
revision for the Bachelor of Laws
Program (Revised Curriculum B.E.
2563/2020): The revision allows
students who have completed and passed
certain required courses (as outlined in
the curriculum) but have not yet
graduated, to request a Transcript of
Records certifying their qualifications.
This certificate may be used to apply
for and take the Professional Legal
Training Course conducted by the
Institute of Legal Training, Lawyers
Council of Thailand Under the Royal
Patronage. Upon successful completion of
the degree and membership in the Thai
Bar Association, graduates will be
eligible to apply for lawyer
registration and licensure with the
Lawyers Council of
Thailand. These
developments reflect the Faculty of
Law’s commitment to producing and
developing legal professionals equipped
with both legal expertise and
interdisciplinary skills, in alignment
with societal needs and professional
standards.
