Faculty of Law Holds a Meeting to Review Project Outcomes and Monitor Progress on OKR Implementation

On 22 May 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Kamonwan Yoowattana, Dean of the Faculty of Law, together with Assistant Professor Paiboon Chuwattanakit, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs; Assistant Professor Dr. Pawita Khakhai, Associate Dean for Planning and Quality Assurance; Assistant Professor Tattanan Konglamthan, Associate Dean for Student Affairs; Mr. Chuenchiwin Yimfueang, Associate Dean for Research and Academic Services; Ms. Chuleekorn Boonthanom, Head of the Dean’s Office; as well as faculty members and staff, attended a meeting to review project outcomes and monitor progress in accordance with the Faculty’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
The meeting was organized to summarize the results of projects and activities implemented by the Faculty, assess operational performance against established objectives and key results, and monitor progress toward strategic targets. Participants also discussed challenges, shared recommendations, and identified opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Faculty’s operations.
The meeting served as an important mechanism for performance evaluation, strategic alignment, and collaborative planning, reinforcing the Faculty’s commitment to achieving its institutional goals and fostering a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous development.
