On 21 May 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Kamonwan Yoowattana, Dean of the Faculty of Law, together with Assistant Professor Tattanan Konglamthan, Associate Dean for Student Affairs, and students of the Faculty of Law, participated in a lecture entitled “The Court System and Judiciary in Thailand” held at the Language Institute, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Building 31, 4th Floor.
On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Kawin Wongleedee, Director of the Language Institute, presided over the opening ceremony of the program. The lecture was delivered by Ms. Intira Chiwram, Chief Judge of the Central Labour Court, who shared her expertise and insights on the Thai judicial system, including the structure and hierarchy of the courts, judicial proceedings, the rights of litigants, and various legal perspectives.
Particular emphasis was placed on labour law, including the rights and responsibilities of employees and employers, as well as key legal issues relating to employment and workplace relations in contemporary society. The lecture provided participants with valuable legal knowledge and practical insights into the administration of justice and labour protection under Thai law.
The program served as an important opportunity for students to broaden their legal understanding, enhance their awareness of judicial processes, and gain practical knowledge from an experienced member of the judiciary.
