The event was honored by General Phongsak Kaewchaiyo, Commander-in-Chief of the National Defense Studies Institute. Chaired the meeting at Chao Muen Waiworanat Room, 6th Floor, RTA Building, National Defense Studies Institute, Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters.
