On 21 January 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Kamolwan Yuwattana, Dean of the Faculty of Law, together with administrators, faculty members, staff, and students of the Faculty of Law, participated in the project “Mobile Court for the People (Justice Mobile for All)”, organized by the Criminal Court at Sunandanusorn Auditorium, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Komsan Somanawat, Vice President for Administration of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, delivered the welcoming remarks. The program also featured distinguished speakers from the Criminal Court, including:

  • Mr. Rattawit Ariyapatchayapol, Presiding Judge of the Technology Crime Division, Criminal Court
  • Ms. Bussara Kerdwichai Prueksamas, Chief Judge, Criminal Court
  • Ms. Patcharathida Wongwilawan, Assistant Judge
  • Ms. Supasirin Nilkamhaeng, Assistant Judge

The speakers shared in-depth legal knowledge and practical insights, enhancing students’ academic capacity and firsthand understanding of judicial processes. The session covered key issues, including:

  • Rights within the justice process, including the rights of victims, defendants, and suspects
  • General legal knowledge on provisional release without security, community supervision systems, and trial procedures
  • Judicial innovations in protecting citizens’ rights and freedoms from online threats

This initiative provided students with experiential learning opportunities, fostering the development of future legal professionals who understand society and uphold the principles of justice.
