meeting entitled
“Enhancing Understanding
of Operational Planning and Budget
Preparation” for Fiscal
Year 2027. The meeting was organized by the Policy and Planning Division and was officially opened by Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Srivibul, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Mekkham, Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance, delivered a lecture on guidelines and procedures for the preparation of annual operational plans and budget proposals. The meeting was held at the Chor Kaew Conference Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. It aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of strategic planning, budget management, and performance-driven operations in alignment with the University’s policies and development goals, thereby promoting effective and efficient institutional management. |
