On 15 December 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Kamonwan Yoowattan, Dean of the Faculty of Law, together with the executives, faculty members, and staff of the Faculty of Law, attended the 1st Personnel Policy Briefing Meeting for Fiscal Year 2026. The meeting aimed to communicate administrative and personnel management policies, as well as the University’s operational direction for Fiscal Year 2026.

The event was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Ruedet Kerdvichai, Chairman of the University Council of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, who delivered a special lecture entitled “The New Paradigm of Suan Sunandha: From KPI to OKR.” In addition, Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a special lecture on “Operational Directions toward Strategic Realignment.”

Furthermore, Assistant Professor Dr. Nattapat Kaewrattanaphat presented a lecture on “Enhancing Learning Experiences under Professional Standards to Develop a Quality Workforce,” and Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Mekham delivered a lecture entitled “Adjusting Performance Indicator Systems toward OKR to Drive the University toward Global Rankings.”

The meeting was held at the 4th Floor, Health and Sports Center Building, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, with the objective of communicating policy directions, fostering shared understanding, and defining a clear framework for personnel development in alignment with the University’s goals for Fiscal Year 2026.
