Voidable Act or contract, is an
incomplete contract. It's the
contract that can be cancelled or
confirmed by either participating party
for qualified legal reasons.
The
qualified reasons include
> One of
the parties was not legally to
participate such as a minor, a
quasi-incompetent person, an incompetent
person or insane person
>>Also
include a failure to disclose a material
fact or misrepresentations, a breach or
an intimidating at the time the contract
was signed.
