On October 6, 2026, third-year students from Class Group 002 of the Faculty of Law organized a seminar entitled “Uncovering the Issues of Mule Accounts and Tracing Online Financial Transactions: From Victimization to Court Proceedings.” The seminar aimed to enhance knowledge and understanding of financial scams in the digital age, as well as the processes involved in tracing financial transactions and pursuing legal proceedings related to mule accounts.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Assistant Professor Dr. Pawita Khaokhai, Associate Dean for Planning and Quality Assurance, who emphasized the importance of raising awareness and understanding of mule account issues and financial crimes in the digital age. Such offenses have become increasingly complex and continue to evolve rapidly, affecting both the public and the overall economic system.

The seminar featured two distinguished guest speakers: Police Lieutenant Colonel Phakrit Kritayaphan, known as “Inspector Terk,” and Mr. Nattaphon Banlueket, known as “Lawyer Tor Sai Liao.” Both speakers shared their practical knowledge and professional experiences concerning mule accounts, online financial transaction tracing, and legal procedures related to cybercrime cases.

The event also included an interactive question-and-answer session, allowing students to review the seminar content, exchange knowledge, and participate in an engaging learning environment. Prizes were awarded to participants who answered the questions correctly.
