On 5 December 2025, the Faculty of Law, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kamonwan Youwatthana, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Suriyan Jansawang, Dean of the College of Architecture, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Phatwit Youwatthana, Director of the Udon Thani Education Center, together with faculty executives and lecturers, participated in the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and the National University of Laos, at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, National University of Laos, Vientiane, Lao People’s Democratic Republic.

The MoU was signed on behalf of the National University of Laos by Assist. Prof. Dr. Somdeth Keovongsack, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science. Executives and faculty members from both universities served as witnesses to the ceremony.
