Mr. Yuenyong Phusanoi, a third-year law student, shared his experience participating in the international academic conference THELLER in Singapore with his article titled “Mandatory Measures for Juvenile Offenders under Thai Law.” He was awarded the Outstanding Paper Award for his academic presentation.
